IMPORTANT!

ALL Vendor Contracts MUST be processed and approved through the Thunder Beach Productions Office to confirm your space.

There are 2 forms that MUST be signed and forwarded to us. They are:

Vendor & Exhibitor Application/Agreement
and an
Application for Special Event Permit

These forms are contractual agreement forms. One form is a contract that you will enter into with Thunder Beach Productions, Inc. and one is a permit application that must be submitted to the City of Panama City Beach. THUNDER BEACH PRODUCTIONS WILL OBTAIN THE PERMITS FROM THE CITY. The permit fee is included in the vending site fee. Thunder Beach Productions will distribute the permits prior to the start of the event.
